Frequently asked

Straight answers.

Including the ones that might talk you out of it. We'd rather you decide properly than quickly.

General

The basics

What exactly is Voice to Influence?

A leadership ecosystem rather than a single programme. There's a weekly community, a six-month partnership, a podcast production service, live summits and a pathway that can eventually lead to teaching alongside us. People join at different points depending on where they are.

Who is this actually for?

Entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, speakers, authors, podcasters, network marketing professionals and business owners who have real expertise and want to be recognised for it.

The common thread isn't industry or income. It's people who've done the work and are tired of being the best-kept secret in their field.

Do I need to already be experienced or successful?

For the Weekly Lab, no. It's built to be the starting point for almost everyone.

The Leadership Accelerator works best when you already have expertise, a track record or a business to build authority around. If you're still working out what you do, the Lab is the better place to begin and we'll say so on the call.

Where are you based? What time zone do you work in?

We're a global community with members across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia. Sessions run on Los Angeles time and everything is recorded, so members in other time zones watch replays and stay connected through the community between calls.

Weekly Lab

$30 per month

What do I actually get for $30 a month?

Two live coaching calls every week — Tuesdays with Michael Silvers, Thursdays with Jeff Ross — plus guest faculty masterclasses, a private community and the full replay library.

Topics cover speaking, podcasting, branding, AI, marketing systems, networking and business growth.

What if I can't attend live?

Every session is recorded and available in the replay library. Plenty of members build almost entirely on replays because of time zones. You'll get more from attending live when you can, but nothing is locked behind attendance.

Can I cancel?

Any time. No contracts, no lock-in, no cancellation call. It's a monthly membership and you can leave whenever you choose.

Is the Weekly Lab just a sales funnel for the Accelerator?

Fair question, and no. Most members stay in the Lab and never do anything else, and that's a completely legitimate outcome.

Many of our Accelerator partners did start in the Lab, but that's because they decided they wanted more — not because we spent six months selling to them.

Leadership Accelerator™

$5,000 · six months

What's included?

Six months of weekly coaching, implementation workshops, hot seats, brand and positioning work, AI systems, speaking development, interview training and access to our faculty — plus real opportunities to speak on our summits and teach inside the community.

The full breakdown is on the Leadership Accelerator page.

How much time does it take each week?

Plan for two to four hours a week. Roughly half is live coaching and workshops, and the rest is implementation.

Members who treat it as a weekly commitment get dramatically more from it than members who dip in occasionally. If you can't protect the time right now, tell us on the call and we'll suggest starting in the Lab instead.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. $5,000 in full, or two payments of $2,500.

Why six months rather than twelve or three?

Three months is enough to learn something but not to become someone. Twelve is long enough that people coast through the middle.

Six months is long enough for identity to shift and short enough that every week matters.

What if it isn't right for me?

That's exactly what the application and strategy call are for. We'd rather find out before you pay than three months in.

If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. That happens regularly and it's not a failure of the process — it is the process.

Do I have to start a podcast?

No. Podcasting is one possible vehicle, not the destination. Some members build authority through speaking, writing, community or content instead.

If podcasting is part of your vision, we'll help you build it — and our production team can take it on entirely through the Authority Growth Partnership if you'd prefer.

Authority Growth Partnership™

$1,000 per month · six-month minimum

What does the production team actually handle?

Discovery and positioning, show naming and branding, artwork, technical setup, hosting on PodGo, distribution to major platforms, editing, publishing, show notes and marketing assets from every episode.

Your job is to show up and have good conversations.

Do I need equipment or technical skill?

No. We handle the setup and walk you through recording. You'll want a decent microphone and a quiet room — that's genuinely the extent of it.

What if I already have a podcast?

Then we start from where you are. Sometimes that means a reposition and a relaunch, sometimes it just means taking production off your hands so you can be consistent again.

Who owns the show?

You do. It's your brand, your audience and your asset. We're the production partner, not the owner.

Events

Virtual summits

Are the summits free?

Yes. Every summit is free to attend live. Registration is open to anyone.

Are replays available?

Past summits are archived on our past events page. Some replays are open to everyone and some are held inside the community.

Can I speak at one?

Speaking is by application and every speaker is selected personally — applying doesn't guarantee selection.

Members of the Leadership Accelerator have opportunities to speak on selected summits as part of the programme, which is one of the main reasons people join.

Faculty Pathway™

Invitation only

Can I buy my way onto the faculty?

No. It isn't a tier and it isn't for sale.

Members who consistently demonstrate leadership, integrity, contribution and a genuine heart to serve may be invited into our Faculty Development Programme. It's earned through what you give, not what you pay.

How long does that usually take?

There's no timeline, because it isn't a queue. It depends entirely on contribution, capability and the needs of the community at the time.

The people who get there generally weren't chasing it.
