Dr. Rebekah Granger-Ellis is a neuroscientist, systems-change advisor and internationally recognised expert in adaptive and adversity intelligence (AQ), the neurobiology of resilience, neuroleadership and systems thinking for social change. An award-winning researcher, cross-disciplinary author, international trainer and facilitator, her work bridges neuroscience, human performance, leadership, healthy living and large-scale systems transformation.
She is Chair of the Institute for Applied Transformative Neuroscience and Founder and CEO of NeuroEvolve and the PRIME Healthy Living Center. Through this work, she brings together an extensive global network of leading researchers, practitioners and innovators working across neurowellbeing, brain-targeted environments, healthy longevity, and enhanced brain-body functioning and leadership.
Dr. Granger-Ellis has served on the faculty of several leading universities and currently advises major corporations, governments and international nonprofit organisations. Her work spans the private, public, academic and social-impact sectors, where she designs and facilitates complex transformation initiatives, develops science-informed approaches to leadership and human performance, and mobilises cross-sector and public-private partnerships to address complex organisational and societal challenges.
