Through his role running LSD Marketing, an AI marketing agency, Dave has developed a practical, no-fluff approach to implementation. His focus isn't on chasing every new tool. It's on building systems that are functional, live and actually used — so people spend less time rebuilding and more time delivering.
As a faculty member, Dave guides people who have the message but need the systems and automation to carry it. With 15+ years of leadership experience in construction — safety, well-being and team development — he brings a grounded, people-first lens to systems work most technical operators miss.
